Located at 6404 Washington Blvd, this 100-year-old chestnut tree will be removed to put two houses on a lot. Talking to the developer may help. While the original demolition plan did not remove the trees, the building plan does. Getting attention from the developer with signs and/or protests might encourage some adjustment to the site plan.
